John Makin is a shareholder and director, in addition to being the Head Prosecutor. He has over 25 years' experience in the role of Prosecutor or Investigator of criminal matters.

Kathleen Makin is the second shareholder and director, dealing with both pre-court and post-court support. Kathleen has significant transport experience, having worked for British Rail as a Revenue Protection Assistant and as a Station Supervisor / Booking Office Clerk at a busy suburban station on the outskirts of Leeds.
